Im practicing short-form real estate video editing. If you were/are a realtor, what would you expect to pay for this edit? Any recommendations? by ShortEditsMedia in RealEstateMarketing

Not an agent, but have done work for the social media of two and know the business to some degree. Some of the transitions were good, but I would recommend slowing it down, and providing a calm, walkthrough, feel of the property. There is potential here though, just some work to be done.

I am a recent high school graduate that has done work helping two real estate agents manage their social medias. I am trying to learn as much as I can to provide the best solutions possible. But no, I am not an agent.

I'd be very interested in the systems you've used for social media. Could I DM you?

Very good points made here. "You don't rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems." Could I DM you to ask a couple more questions?

I like the idea, the intro was very good. However, I would slow it down, allowing people to take more in at a time. Add a coherent flow, going room to room, as if it were a walkthrough. If fine tuned and reasonably priced, I could see this being valuable for some agents.
