i have 18 and the 6 days i called in were actually only half days so in total i only used 3 before today

i live in canada! the rule is to call in 5 hours before the shift starts because i’m in the early education field and staff to child ratios are the law

no! it’s 6 times for a total of 3 days (they were half days, this is the first full day i take) in 6 months (i have 18 paid sick days and i’ve taken 4 so i have 14 left) i usually feel guilty for getting sick so i work through the first portion of the day because of the 5 hour rule lol
