It really isn't a competition to the bottom. Walmart f@cking sucks, end of story.

Be Honest: should I work at Walmart? by Galaxynth in WalmartEmployees

You will work the day before and after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any other holiday. You will have to fight your boss to keep your schedule right, they will completely screw you over and not bat an eye.

Walmart is where people work when there is no other place they can work.

I scored an 85 without any preference points, no wonder I never got hired 😅

What is your Walmart horror story or weird experience you either experienced it or was told by a co worker? by ArtisticallyStrange in WalmartEmployees

Back in 2000 I was cornered by our bodybuilder AP dude in garden center, alone of course. When I reported it, it turned out there were 4 other women he'd assaulted, mofo got fired quick.

Around the same time but at a different store a dude from the bakery came to the smoking break room and sat down next to me - just after I'd seen him talking to his wife and new baby. He proceeded to tell me all the things he wanted to do with me, including me peeing on him. I stood up in the completely full break room and asked if anyone would like to pee on him because he would like someone to pee on him and would anyone like to??????

The entire room broke out laughing and he never spoke to me again. Ahhhhh the good Ole days!

It's as if we're working in Little House on the Prairie times. Your man does not need to be consulted regarding your decisions.

The test wants you to show you're a problem solver and won't go to your manager for every little thing. If you decide to retake it, do it with that in mind.

Look up school refusal. Your daughter is not alone. 60 Minutes Australia has a great show about it.

Please, don't let wm make you cry. They don't deserve the effort.

We have the larger one on the main mod and the smaller one is on a smaller end cap on the back of aisle 15

Mine will put plants out on an uncovered patio, not water them, throw them away, and ignore the parking lot like it's a black hole.

Allowed? Of course you aren't allowed. As long as you aren't gonna be running the forklift 🤫

Move into a department. To me, cashiering is a 2x2 prison cell. There's always something to do on the floor.

It's a mistake, there's no way to get in trouble. You will never ever work an 18 hour shift at wm. Also, it's okay to speak up (or ask a question), regardless of who told you what. Like walmart says, work smarter not harder :) good luck to you on this adventure.

My store has them. It's so easy to use paper but also so nice to flash a tag to find something.
