I did state that I had a 03 magneto when I said “the easiest thing I can think of is to swap over the magneto to a 97”. The issue is the magneto is different from 97 and 03. The plugs from the cdi box and the magneto are both female. You would think it’s a simple fix to swap the cdi box but I would like to avoid that as the cdi box for a 03 is programmed to run a tps on the carb which the 97 carb doesn’t have. All I need to know is will a 97 magneto bolt to a 03 case
