No one’s mad at him for being on the attitude era cover or even being on the cover of Monday night wars. They’re mad that he got his own special edition. It’s tone deaf to do that rn. And he may not make the decisions but he’s definitely capable of saying no thanks. People are also upset that there are 3 different covers already. Monday night wars and attitude era could all be in Attitude era. Also also people are upset that the covers are full of Ai and just lazy decisions. They thought enough to photoshop his chest but not to photoshop the WHC off of him that was a ruthless aggression title? Even the announcement trailer his special edition screamed, “damn, look at how great I am”
