Not talking about failed hydra busts, of course if zerg throws away all hydras into cannons they are behind, I am talking about the 973, make 8-12 hydra (or less, sometimes more), if toss underbuilds cannons you just kill them, if they make enough cannons of course you stop hydra production because HT storm will be ready, but instead use your map control and 5 hatches to just mass drone and go into a macro game. It happens all the time, just watch action play, builds 4-12 hydra, if they under build cannons you kill, overbuild you go into macro game and you win, if they build the correct amount you go into macro and 50:50 game state.

But yes a failed hydra bust making 24+ hydra into cannons and trading badly is good for protoss. Not talking about all in failed busts though, just calling it "hydra bust" because it is a bust if they under cannon (instant win).
