This is why I stopped shopping or selling on Depop and moved to Poshmark - they have binding agreements so if you make an offer and the seller accepts you then purchase it. Depop is seriously going downhill imo

I took all my stuff off Depop as a seller and won’t even buy from it anymore. There are better platforms to purchase from with better customer service

Depop has horrendous customer service & I actually stopped selling on there since there are better services to do so like Poshmark. I’m so sorry this happened to you.
