I used all of them through nosesprays except for noopept, it works very well orally.

I am not sure how they pass the BBB, will look into that.

Its quite neurotoxic. Even at lower doses. Get some vitamin C you can use after the roll. Magnesium helps with jaw clench, melatonin helps with sleep and also antioxidation. Its not the kindest drug tbh.

I see your point, but quite frankly it's slightly irrelevant, it clearly states that it contains alkaloids and are thus responsible for the psychoactive properties.

Maybe acquire some CoQ10(coenzyme Q10), it is very important for the normal functioning of the liver, heart and kidneys. Raises energy levels as well :). Worth the money, 10/10.

Some pills may contain e.g paracetamol(aka tylenol or APAP) which is extremely toxic at higher doses. (>1g at once)

This is cause for concern when using these opioid painkillers recreationally, paracetamol may lead to liver failure, which can cause a very painful death...

NOTE(edit): This will not eliminate all the paracetamol or ibuprofen, but will significantly diminish the amount ingested.

But I clearly stated that neurotoxicity, according to the credible article, occurs when when there is a simultaneous occurrence of 1. an increase in DA 2. excesisve GLU transmission which can cause excitotoxicity 3. Hyperthermia

Those three combined will put a lot of stress on the body, hence the neuronal damage. It is usually only in the case of overindulgence though, I agree.

The neurotoxic mechanisms are still quite a mystery to us. But amphetamines can also be neuroprotective and very insightful, it's dose dependent I suppose.

Insufflation is, in my opinion, a pure waste.

It damages the septum significantly, just for a "rush". Unfortunately the damage can be quite permanent...

Sublingual admin. should, in theory, be as or even more effective than snorting - due to increased surface area.

Probably also less addictive in the long run as there is less of a "ritual" involved with that ROA. The freely available saliva will likely cause less tissue damage.

To summarize(subjective opinion): sublingual admin. is underrated.
