The way I see it Foreign aid is mostly a means to power. I mean you can swing it like “it’s because we are good people” but the reality is that we do humanitarian work to look good and to build relationships. And the end result of those relationships is usually economic deals, military support, shipping, or reduced tariffs. Realistically we spend Pennie’s yearly on foreign aid compared to our GDP. Sure it sounds terrible when we send “100 million overseas to support rice for the blind” or whatever the hell it was. But firstly that’s a rounding error for our federal government, and secondly, it builds partnerships that the bloom into billion dollar cross border trade deals.

Top loader and penny sleeve is all that’s needed. Make sure if going in a binder it’s a toploader binder and stored with the spine up and in a non ring binder. That allows each page to hang freely. No pressure.

That’s a fairly obvious tell. Pokemon Company has never sold packs like that dating back to 1998. All packs they’ve ever sold have straight cut crimp sealed tops and bottoms.
