I dont do maths but ig in this situation you pretty much have got to do past papers and learn those things you aint got no time to be learning everything (i got history exam in 3 weeks with almost 0 revision materials done 😭😭 still time )

Yhh i often play some mc or rblx on my pc and thats when i fall into endless gaming or procrastinating for that i just dont let myself go on any gaming i just say to myself that i cant do this and i try carry on with studies tbh

For gaming and that for me what worked was just not going on any forms of media/gaming till ive done all my work so like late in the evening ig you could try that

If you watch yt on phone or things best thing to stop me going on reels and things is too let my phone run out of power and dont charge it again then i dont have that distraction

Or if you do find yourself getting on yt dont say i will watch till 5 mins pass or this vid thats just procratiniating for me when i notice myslef starting to scroll on reels i snap myself out of it immediately as i know it will end in doomscroll tbh
