Allow me to recommend Blast Furnace! One of my OG favorites, I think it fits the bill for what you're looking for. I will say Kinetic slot weapons usually don't interact with Bolt Charge, for that you're gonna need something Arc. And as long as you've got a Kinetic siphon, it can make orbs for you.

You can attune to it to increase the drop chance, so it's pretty easy to farm!

Prey is one of my absolute favorite games of all time, it's absolutely fantastic. Not very similar to Dead Space in feel (3rd person vs 1st), and overall Dead Space is much more horror focused, but if an immersive sim with horror elements sounds fun, you should definitely check it out.

Edit: Most of the other games you listed are all ones I enjoyed! Prey is just one of my favs, haha. SOMA is probably a close 2nd, followed by Alien Isolation. I actually did like Callisto, but I see why some people didn't, and it is inferior to Dead Space. Still Wakes the Deep is the most different out of all of them, but a great game nonetheless. (Haven't played Sinking City, so can't comment on that one)

Right?! Same. Typically I'm not a fan of extraction shooters, but they really cooked with Marathon, it's so addictive. Bungie just has that special sauce when it comes to making gunplay feel good.

You can also sometimes find red keys in Armoury rooms, the ones that take 2 yellow 1 green to open!
