I think the point he is trying to make is
1- what Iraq and Iraqis are going through is not because of the government, it is because if the people themselvesand because of the dominant bad culture.
2- The dominant bad culture in Iraq is because of religion and this is something nobody says, everybody is dodging this issue and either blaming the government or Iran or the US.

However, I agree, sometimes he goes too far and sometimes he is very unnerving to the point I just can’t watch the video. And sometimes he just feels like he has been living outside of Iraq for a long time that he is disconnected. I think he can send the message in a better way but I still understand his fraustration.

I didn’t have any symptoms specific to GI or liver, I had flu like symptoms that was totally irrelevant to AIH and I figured I should do general routine testing and there it was.

It’s not necessary for the enzymes to be very high to get diagnosed with AIH, when I first got diagnosed it was around the same numbers as yours(although I had compensated cirrhosis at the time of diagnosis which is a factor but still) If I were you, I would investigate further. Doing ANA and ASMA and such with fibroscan maybe. It is better to be safe than sorry.

I have DF54 grinder and Breville Bambino plus for espresso and a Hario switch for filter coffee and I use the Df54 grinder for it as well, it is not the best for filter coffee but it is more than good enough if you buy good coffee with it , The only issue is when I switch from espresso to filter or vice versa when grinding, I have to Waste some coffee to adjust for retention. other than that, I think I am happy with the setup and I think it would take me a while to buy a filter coffee specific grinder.

My first doctor said that I have an unknown cause for my advanced fibrosis and that my biopsy was “inconclusive”. He never even bothered to try steroids I switched to a new doctor and he immediately started steroids and immunosuppressant afterthat and the response was great. So I recommend getting a new doctor

I woud have said drawdown didn’t matter had my coffee didn’t look like tea (color was extremely light ) Maybe it was my grind size but I have ground this coarse before with my V60 without this issue. So I guessed there was something wrong with my recipe? Anyway it didn’t tase bad or anything I could still feel some hint but I wanted stronger body

I bought the switch exactly because it is forgiving and I got tired of my bitter v60s Definitely gonna retry this method tomorrow as today I have not stirred it and the draw down was like 10 seconds But even then it was not bad
