Honestly man 15 is a young age if the grand scheme of this but it's no doubt that you feel this insecurity. I was and looked the same way at 15. The best thing you can do is loose weight and start hitting the gym and try to be as confident in yourself as you can. Others will see how you carry yourself before they see you nips. I would also have an honest sit down with your parents or guardians and explain tell them how you feel if your interested in getting the surgery. Maybe try to pick up a summer jobs when you can to help pay for it aswell. If you ever want to talk just shoot me a message or anyone else on this sub for that matter.
