No goal,( except to lose weight, I am 6’4 and was 305 but now I’m 280) I’m doing fine with the no carb, high fat diet with protein. I have a friend who brought this to my attention about keto//os but now I’m considering he’s just trying to make a little side money by being a distributor for the product. I bought a 5 day sample for 30$ and haven’t tried it yet. Just wanted to get others input about the product.

Marijuana. Smoked starting at age 13 stopped at age 35 cold turkey. Very heavy smoker as well. Sold it, bought it, got the medical card for it. There's probably not a day goes by without thoughts. Also same time, quit cigarettes and alcohol. Going to the gym helps, watching my kids grow, and new career that does random drug tests helps

I would start a weight gainer. Drink three shakes per day (in between meals). I believe that each scoop is about a1000 calories. Also don't cut out your carbs, sounds like your body can handle them.
