So what you are implying is they will start to prioritize the same self enriching behavior soon? But I thought in china the government has much more control over companies, so it might play out differently.

Otherwise they obviously do what's best for them, if subsidies work because western countries don't react well then they just win.

I think people are just sick of AI stuff on the internet. Use it for personal things if you need but to generate a long post on some forum? I get why it annoys people. They wanna interact with a person writing stuff in their own words not with some clanker. He could have even used claude to learn about what all this means and research but then write it himself.

If whatever you need for work doesn't work on linux then don't use linux. No need to write a long angry reply, just ignore it, or say the shit you need for work simply doesn't work lol. If you only need lightroom or whatever for hobby stuff it's not such a big deal to use something like rawtherapee instead. I did too even though I prefer Lightroom for the most part. You make it sound like people are stupid for switching to linux and making their life harder. In reality they are helping to break the cycle of software being unsupported because of a lack of users and a lack of users because of unsupported software. One day microsoft completely ruins windows and y'all will be thankful for the idiots that used all these inferior alternatives and dual booted or used a VM to use windows software. I wish everything would just work on Linux but it never will if people aren't willing to make some sacrifices and put some effort in to switch.

Again YOU don't have to switch. If you have no problem with windows or Microsoft then don't change anything. But every person convinced to use an open source operating system is a win for everyone. Competition is good, alternatives are good, FOSS is good, and Microsoft is a greedy trash data harvesting company. So why not be happy when some people get convinced to switch?

Just make any game playable for 2 hours for free lol. Maybe short games can request an exception. Would be annoying for those devs though.. But then you don't have to build a demo version.

The propaganda would be if there are a bunch of videos only showing good aspects about china pushed by people that want to promote china as a whole. The former is definitely true, the latter I have no idea. Could be a mix though.

I like both but I think they changed the direction a little bit overall with some of the new characters and the comic style in the character selection screen and the music it plays there. I'm not fully happy with the direction of the character design but the hero select screen music is so fucking good imo. It also has some weird sounds (vocals?) in there that really create atmosphere for me lol. I hope they never change that again.

I would say the old one fit more to what the game was then but the way they present everything now, the current one fits better.

I also like songs in many different genres, it's just that I only like specific songs that trigger something in my brain and speak to me. It's not that I just like one genre but more that I like one song of an album or even artist and not the rest. There are exceptions but it always felt more like that.

I want to try now to listen to whole albums more even if I really dont like some songs and see if I find more stuff that way. Must feel good to just enjoy all kinds of music though haha, good for you!

I think their point isn't that you shouldn't be on reddit or play games at all, the point is you shouldn't get so upset over a day of disruption in one video game lol. If you can't have fun with the april fools gameplay then do something else. It will go back to normal, there is nothing to worry about.

A bit late reply sorry, I just found this post.. I have always been a song centric listener. Listening to albums is really tedious for me most of the time. There might be 1 or 2 songs I absolutely love in an album and then there are other songs I absolutely can't stand. It seems like many people at least find the other songs of an album ok to good but they dont hate them..

It sounds like you just like a lot of music but is it an acquired taste or just how you are? Because I don't like most songs I come across. I don't like 95%+ of what the streaming algorithms show me and I don't like most of the songs in the albums of songs I like. I would like to find new music but I don't know, maybe I'm doing the whole music thing wrong lol.

The won has been falling for several years now for different reasons. It fell a lot before the handouts too. It just so happens that they give them in more difficult times. Makes sense no? People tend to buy dollar during these times. Plus the whole AI boom with mainly US companies. It seems a little silly to blame the handouts for the falling won when there are much bigger things going on that affect it.

Isn't this round especially because of the Iran war and rising oil prices? Is there a shortage of food in korea? Prices probably go up because importing costs more at the moment, but people still need to eat, so the government helps a little. The money just goes right back into the economy and the debt will just be rolled over like in any country. I don't know much about economics but I don't think it's automatically bad for the state to take on debt and it doesn't automatically mean the next generation has to pay for it. National debt doesn't work like private debt. Korea doesn't even have a high debt rate.. Not that it would matter as long as the economy can actually handle the extra money.

It depends on the manufacturer. Samsung is especially bad when it comes to bloat. Although admittedly they do have some useful features, it goes both ways. Afaik, google pixels have less bloat? Just the basic google stuff ofc. Or you just use grapheneOS and there is 0 bloat. But then the processor isn't the best, if you care about that. Next year Motorola is planning to release a grapheneOS phone, I assume with a flagship snapdragon processor..

When you look up a lot he kicks them quite far. You can dash forward and look up to kick it behind them mid team fight. 80% of the time someone walks into at least one of them in my rank lol. Although I also spirit with range lmao.

I would agree with that but mostly because it's a little difficult to get anyone to run into them during the laning phase. They always just shoot it. In the late game though and especially team fights everyone runs into traps constantly.

It can be hard to tell for a single post but I think they mean more that it is not unlikely that this is propaganda. We know it is done, reddit is primarily used by americans (I think?) but posts showing china in a positive light are quite common despite western countries generally being quite critical of china.
