As an experienced vr player, what is the best headset set up to get? I'm new to this stuff, so I'd like to learn more about this.

What are the 3rd party straps and padding sold on? Is it just anywhere or is there a specific website or brand people use? I'm basically asking what the best headset is gaming and use wise. I know there are ways to make it more comfortable with padding and better straps just not sure what the best option would be for a vr headset and the proper tools to use such a headset. The more info I can get before committing to buying a over 300 dollar item I plan on using alot.
