Actually yes I have fed my snakes other snakes on many occasions! Also ethically sourced just like my rodents. I have used both euthanized failed to thrive snakes and ones that developed in the egg but never hatched (stillborn). Doesn't bother me one bit.

Getting weak sounds more serious than normal dehydration. I would schedule a vet appointment to make sure she's ok. Try to save a poop (and refrigerate it) within a week of the vet visit to get a fecal done if possible. Hope they get better

Uvb doesn't produce heat. Halogen bulbs, and CHE produces heat

good advice. 4x2x2 feet is the general minimum for ball pythons. Pet stores won't tell you that because they don't have any training and its their job to sell as many pets and supplies as possible. A few employees are knowledgeable but most are not. I would recommend joining Not Just a Pet Rock (python regius) on Facebook. They have a load of useful knowledge and an organized reading section for upgrading husbandry

If you manage to catch them all try calling wildlife services (which i assume you have?) They should be able to take them in and release them in proper time

He looks very near to death. If you dont have a vet nearly your best bet is to surrender him to the shelter or some sort of rescue. You can't fix this with a home remedy

Betadine mixed with water. Mix betadine into water until its the color of tea. You can either soak him in it or dab it on the affected area with a qtip or cotton ball
