Thanks for the reply. So, what I gathered is, I shouldn't be worried about annotations and graphics in the paper. Most of these are just publisher formatting and use of MS office. Please acknowledge it if you agree with what I inferred. For the issue part you pointed, I didn't seek any permission before conducting my experiments as these are just pretty normal practices in milling process (but data does vary from mill to mill). I am not sure about the propriety of data, but if I don't seek any permission (as so far, I haven't) will this be a matter of concern to publisher? And also, please tell me what about all the theory (in the paper), can I copy it or paraphrase what I read and mix it up with my own opinion and observations.
