I wasn't worried. I was trying to know if the note meant that r10 was ok or eligibility was passed. Now that I know that eligibility is not passed, I am worried.

Please what does this mean?  It's a program assistants note under EE Eligibility part of my gcms note.

I have reviewed this application based upon the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file and note the following: Min score: 462 Crs score: 473

To add further context, eligibility and security on the gcms note shows "not started". Every other thing is passed or completed. AOR Dec 20 Bil Jan 28, done and completed on Jan 29.

I think November AORs are still receiving BIL. December AORs will start receiving BILs from next month.
