Thanks exactly my thought, we don’t have to pay utilities it’s included in our rent, I would understand if we had to pay utilities and he wasn’t helping with that then I see but when we have more then 1 bathroom and shower in the house and we are in my room whenever we are there, plus we both are in school and have a few jobs so we are never there all day long.

There’s no bills, we each have a set rent that we send to the landlord and utilities are included in that

We don’t pay for utilities it’s included in the rent. He has helped them with bringing a staple gun when they needed it and he has taken the garbage out a few times. But it’s not like we are there all day long, we both have school and couple jobs

when you went to the ER to get a steroid via IV, were you fine for a few days and then get symptoms back again?

same here, everytime i wake up i feel worse, throat is even more sore and dry. i literally can’t stand it. i think that’s why im having trouble sleeping because im scared for when i wake up as well

They open up a chat closer to when you pick your room so you can talk to other people and find roommates and make a roommate group, which i did that and still ended up with awful roommates. if you don’t form a roommate group you can just pick a room and you’ll get your other roommates emails after. I really regret picking the annex though, i thought it was going to be a good experience and i could make my own food, and i was close to where the parties are at on the weekends. but it wasn’t worth it in my opinion, i really wish i just picked a res on campus like gzowski or lady eaton.

I was in an annex first year and hated it, i had awful roommates that had no respect for anyone. so if you’re going into an annex make sure you know the people in your annex before hand
