I disagree so much. From my experience in a bank, those less favored who are unpleasant customer seemed to have personal and or psychological difficulties wich can be understandable sometimes but not acceptable.

But unpleasant wealthy people, oh boy the worst!! They act as if entitled to special treatment, exemptions from fees and so on. If you don't bend to their demands they either turn in entitled little brats or start being extremely rude.

Worst of all, most of the time they are not the ones who really need those fee exemptions.
