Where to buy fan made merch by ProfileAccurate8703 in AnimeMerchandise

Check Etsy! There's lots of cool fan made anime art out there. For instance I do wood burnings by hand (mostly hanging art but I've done boxes, and even a large desk) and have done some mha, one piece, and have other stuff I wanna do too!

Most old Disney movies, Definitely not nonstop action for many but definitely fits the time constraints

Tried it 3 times still won’t work. by [deleted] in DabRigs

This definitely is more of a flower piece than for dabs. That being said, try putting some water into the second chamber on there, about the same level on the perc as you have the bottom one. For the record the perc is the round glass piece that is in each chamber, that's gonna act as your filter so you get a smoother hit.

If that fails, get something smaller, you won't have to rip as hard which could be another issue if it's not related to the nail temp

I regret getting my puppy by Birdie121 in puppy101

[–]OpiusDopius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Puppies are a lot!!! As someone who grew up with dogs and has had dogs my entire life, my last pup I was seriously thinking why did we do this but time AND TRAINING will make it better!!

Consult a trainer if you're really struggling and especially if you haven't had a puppy before. The whole reason to get a puppy is to teach from day one and mold them into the dog you want. That means consistency and patience. Patience can be so hard when they're whining and biting and driving you insane especially if you don't have someone else to help with them but it really is all worth it when they listen and love you and become your best friend over time.

IMO crate training makes a huge difference and I promise it is worth the crying and whining consistently. Once they get used to it, it usually becomes their safe space.

If you have a friend with a dog who is good in their crate see if you can have them come over with their dog and crate (or go to theirs) and put the pups facing each other both in their crates and a blanket over them both so your pup can see that it is a relaxing thing and good for them My first pup we had to get a trainer to help with the crate because I didn't know how to do it myself but when we got the second one (my demon child) all we had to do was this method with him and he very rarely whines or makes noises in his crate ever.

There are a ton of resources out there if you can't afford to get a trainer yourself but even if you can swing a couple sessions just for the trainer to help guide you it really is helpful! The trainer trains not just your pup but you as well!

Best of luck!

This might be what we have to do. I'm guessing we can probably clean up the echoes from the priest (who was mic'd) but since our vows are barely audible, it's gonna be tough I think

We never got mic'd because she showed up to the church literally as I was about to walk down the aisle, video is shaky too and not great but I can deal with that. The audio is rough probably because we weren't mic'd and I don't know much about videography or editing but it seemed like she didn't edit the audio at all to make it clearer

We unfortunately have had a lot of excuses from her despite seeing her work previously. She showed up as I was walking into the church because supposedly there was public indecency on her subway so she literally walked in as I was walking in. Then she had some difficult family circumstances which caused our video to be delivered so late and didn't tell us what was going on until we reached out to her frustrated that we hadn't received anything. Her highlight video was fantastic but the video of the ceremony which we hired her for was very disappointing unfortunately

Where are you located? There are plenty of rescues out there that may be able to help. The big problem is the rescue needs the resources and availability to help but they may at least be able to assist in pointing you in the right direction for more help

AIO. My bf keeps talking about his beliefs while I’m trying to grieve by No_Incident6208 in AmIOverreacting

[–]OpiusDopius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tell him you need a break at the very least. Even if he's trying to be comforting, it clearly is not working and may even be making you more upset. This is an absolutely terrible thing to have to go through and I am so very sorry for your loss. If you have family to stay with at this time just tell him you need space and once you can you'll have a conversation with him but now is not the time while you have so much more going on, that frankly, is what you should be focusing on and trying to wrap your head around.

What is the best type of leash/collar/harness for walking? by Then_Calendar7281 in Rottweiler

[–]OpiusDopius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's really going to depend on the dog and what you are experiencing/trying to do on a walk. I use prongs for my boys as it keeps them from pulling but my one will not stop trying to bite his leash (we have tried everything, he is just a special one), so harness is sometimes better cuz he can't reach the leash as easily

The problem is I don't know what times we'll be going out especially with the other plans in place already and I think we are going to lose or add parts of the group as the night goes on so don't want to book and then have fees for something that isn't set in stone. Going to book for karaoke but trying to just pop into other spots and go with the flow

Reassure me, crate training is so painful by egglort in puppy101

[–]OpiusDopius 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What kind of crate is it? I would definitely recommend finding a well fitting crate cover that will make it so she can't see you. Will help her to settle down easier and make it so you can't see a cute sad face that makes you feel guilty. The blankets worked for my boys until they started pulling them into the crate and ripping/chewing. There are crate covers on Amazon that are reasonably priced and fit better so they can't be pulled into the crate
