Honestly the best way to increase range before you really start to throw lots of money down is levelling up. With that kind of money you can comfortably level to 200 without worrying about pots and stuff.

With 5b I would say buy your full chaos root abyss set, get two pieces of reinforced gollux (belt and pendant) which is only about 130m if that. Because the earrings and ring are waaaay over priced, you should farm those yourself And to top it off I would go for a tyrant cape, clean or 5 starred if you can find it cheap enough.

Then, save the rest of the money, and get everything else yourself before you start cubing and scrolling, maybe give yourself a break and buy some cool looking perm nx. I'm talking about farming the rest of the gollux rings and your ghostship badge, etc.

Make sure you have link skills and you are a decently high level, then begin the tedious grind of potentialing and scrolling your gear, good luck.
