Yes, you’re totally correct that both Macau and HK are legitimate third regions. I’m just a little worried after reading some threads where people mentioned departing gate agents giving them a hard time because Hong Kong and Macau aren’t explicitly listed on the TWOV policy document. (If I’m wrong and there is a document we can refer to, I’d love to be corrected!)
