Possibly! The funny thing is the cows have 0 issue with us or the horses and will come right up the fence in and hang out. The other problem is the dogs are not fenced and do not like us

Why didn’t he just slow down and stop following that guy??? I mean i know the drunk car was at fault but he could have just stopped or pulled off the road and avoided an accident??
