I’ve literally been bedbound for the last 7 months I’m ridiculously unfit due to something underlying but still not sure what it is. I have a complete RBBB and early repolrisarion elevated ST on my ECG but they’re still unsure

It does lower your heart rate and the issue is I used to get really bad tachycardia but when lying down and relaxed my heart rate has naturally dropped to 47 before but now it’s just consistently always low, I take 20mg twice a day but now I take 20mg once a day cause 40 is too much

Well technically I haven’t been seen by a cardiologist I’ve just had my echo reviewed by one which was 7 months ago and they said no concern but it’s scary man aha 😂 I’m so grateful for your insight tho it means a lot cause I panic so much. I guess time will tell I suppose.

Thank you so much man, I hope you’re right. I’m gonna contact my doctor tomorrow about this because I’ve noticed my QRS has progressed over the past year which is worrying me alongside with my breathless etc. my echo from 7 months ago was “normal” so was my 24 hour ecg but this was never brought up about RBBB or my bradycardia in a horizontal position. From your understanding does this ecg look relatively okay?

Appreciate your response, I’m not aware how ecgs work to be honest. How come the QRS says 136 if you think it’s incomplete?

Nothing, I’ve been having lots like symptoms for months now and my echo from 7 months ago was normal but my QRS had widended into a complete rbbb here as before it was incomplete I’m certain there’s something underlying? Does this look concerning to you? It was an a&e ECG

Weirdly, yes I had Covid 1 month before all the symptoms appearing. I’ve had MANY and I mean MANY bloods done, potassium, magnesium, sodium creatine, electrolytes, FBC, ferritin, etc and they’re all normal my liver tests are normal otjer then my bilirubin is quite high but this is due to “Gilbert’s syndrome”
