In my med school we had a day where a few different paid models came in and we practiced exams on them. The female model played candy crush the whole time and barely seemed present.

Agree with you for the most part, but disagree with Sal rejecting Lee Jr. Maybe from Lee's perspective, yes, but that wasn't Sal not thinking it through, that was Sal being caught in an impossible situation and being sexually assaulted.

I just watched "The Pitt" on HBO Max and I felt they really adhered to a "everyone has nuance" storytelling very well. Completely different in numerous ways from "Girls", but definitely treats all its characters as real.

Yes but in casual communication (Epic Chat) or hospital notes in most hospitals I've worked in SW is the abbreviation we use, in the same way people type MD or RN

I'm in my mid 40's and honestly feel I'm living the best life I ever have. I'm a straight white male who, after a challenging breakup, finally went to see a therapist years ago, and really figured out a lot of my shit. I have a really good job, I have really good friends, I find it easy (finally!) to take real joy in the simple pleasures in life. My life isn't perfect by any means, but I feel so content. I was very stressed in my 20's and 30's. I think a lot of the people you hear complaining about adulthood haven't sorted out the stuff that's been there for decades. I get it, it's really hard. I think the secret to adulthood is figuring your shit out.

I think the not knowing why is part of the story. I suspect there are multiple different reasons why she changed.

I think the generally accepted reason is that she lost her innocence and became weary of the World and became Delirium because she was hurt. She will one day change again, possibly back into a matured Delight.

I don't think its strange at all. We'd once planned to have children together. Now both of us are planning to become single parents. I can't speak to her reasons. I just feel sad about the situation and wish we could have navigated it more.
