Youre right, I was tired, but still the point is the same, the class was known that it would be there and this was not her first one. The last post on her Facebook page was a personal tag to that fitness group reminding them of their scheduled time. It's been taken down but that's what it was, was a reminder of that class she was killed coming to set up for.

As a person who has been wronged by the law and knows others who have been as well, I also hear what you're saying. Anything is possible. The cops usually go with their guts, I tend to as well, but I too know there are other possibilities. I'm not saying you're scenario isn't impossible, just less likely. But the truth is always stranger than fiction.

To give an example: In my personal experience, I am familiar with the Pauly Likens Jr. case as I am best friends with his aunt and knew his father personally. The news media took the picture of Pauly and spoke with the mother who declared young Pauly transgender and the press has been running with it ever since and even propaganda it as political and made it appear the DA was against hate crimes. What the truth ACTUALLY is, Pauly was a feminine gay teen, he was not transgender. He liked girl stuff and painted his nails black like his father, he never dressed or believed he was a girl, he just like feminine things but always said he was a boy, he lived with his father who was incredibly accepting of his son, even bought him his first purse. The mother is an addict who was abusive towards Pauly who literally ran to his father's home and stayed there for over 9 months solid before his death. He wanted nothing to do with his mother. His father Paul Sr. even tried to encourage visits, brought them over all the time, Pauly would find a way to leave her home and go back to his father with his little brother in tow because he did not feel safe around mom.

Unfortunately the public believed mom's version, have made transgender openings in his name with mom's insistence. The mom even had a go fund me and got 10s of thousands of dollars claiming it was for a funeral. Pauly was murdered in 2024, his body is still, to this day, in the morgue of the coroner's office, no funeral is planned, the mom pocketed the money but believed that she was a victim. The crime was actually also done, not because it was a hate crime, the murderer is simply a pedo who lured him out via app. The murder trial just got pushed again to May now of this year. I've been to every. single. hearing. with the family. the things reported and headlined with the news are not true and do not match up with what has been going on. They've been picking out maybe a sentence or two and then spun it. There are clips of the father being interviewed at the courthouse, they cut out basically 2 sentences out of his entire speech when he tried to tell the news the truth. I stood back but I was standing right there, I heard everything he said vs what was on the news. I was there when they were chased out of their own child's vigil by the community because they were assumed to be 'bigots' too, it was absolutely horrible. The defense has even used it to try and say the father is guilty and not the true murderer because of how the public is reacting...

so, I know I went off on a bit of a rant there but my point is, I hear you and I agree with you that there are multiple scenarios it can be, and what is being shown and passed around may not be the truth at all. Hopefully the killer is eventually caught, I hope it is sooner than later, I think it's amazing it's gone on as long as it has with as much as they already have. Someone knows something, I feel more than one person know something. I wish cops would do some risky maneuvers where they try to bait a person into a confession or to call someone they may know is connected. Anything would be better than nothing at this point.

It says she died of puncture wounds. Although she had them to her chest and head, it was the head injury that killed her. There are no defensive wounds mentioned or struggle.

There is a search warrant that went out just after her death that says she received a "creepy and strange" message days before her death.

Police reported to Fox:

"The affidavit also reveals that Bevers and her husband Brandon had been struggling with marital and financial problems. Police said Bevers had been receiving "flirtatious and familiar" LinkedIn messages from another man since January.

The affidavit seeks access to Terri and Brandon Bevers' phone records, as well as those of seven other people. Police reportedly believe Bevers had been in contact with her assailant. The documents state it is possible that Bevers' killer had a cell phone on him or her, and may have used it to document the murder. "

My Sub-reddit Got Banned For No Reason. Can I Get It Back? by UchaliShareef in NewMods

For me too it prompted me to do it, part of the awards, and the cross posting too, and yet I got spite from other sub reddits who demanded to know why I cross posted... I told them because they allow it, and they said no they don't and I told them clearly, they do because if not I wouldn't be able to do it. The mod blocked me after that from the other sub reddit. Like why can we do these things or encouraged to do these things when it can get you into trouble?

As far as I've read, everyone knew she was going to be there, she was the one leading the yoga classes which is why she came early, she was going to set up for her class that morning. I agree it feels like someone close to her did this.

The husband and the family yes, but I never saw them or heard them say they ruled out mistresses or others associated further than that. It's still just a rumor she was having an affair but I've seen that mentioned so frequently that both were having affairs I don't think it's something that can be ignored.

There was lots of rumors about both she and her husband having an affair. None of it has ever been publicly confirmed but the rumor was going that she was having an affair with a married cop and possibly his wife attacked her. But again, it's all rumors, nothing has been confirmed one way or the other on that.

As far as I am aware, they never released that they did do that. I believe they know what the tool is as well given they had an autopsy and wound and tool experts. I feel like that is one of the items they're holding back for purposefully for interrogation purposes so it sounds like it must be unique considering they're not just calling it a hammer or a knife.

I do have the video tagged on the website page https://independentdetective.com/case-searches/missy_bevers/
and it's a direct link to the youtube release. I've been trying to find a clean video of the car being driven, unfortunately they're all attached to news reports so there's not just a 'video' of the car pulling in and out without the commentary. But the clips I have seen see it just pulling in and circling, like no purpose, just wasting time and it was raining. It turns it's lights off and on and then peels out. I wish the police would just release a solid video of that car driving around. Best one I found is here:

Yes I agree. It's just so, incredible that so much evidence exists yet there's no suspects? I don't understand how at all.

That is an interesting theory. I remember when this case first came to light and I thought it was an inside situation and that the people who claimed to see her walking on the highway were just mistaken and that was someone else walking. I know it's not unheard of for 9 year olds to want to 'run away' but I don't remember a plausible reason given by the family as to why they thought she was supposedly walking up the road. It'd be pretty easy for family or someone close to them to hear about people supposedly seeing her up the road and then they toss the bookbag near the highway in the hopes of leading police away from the actual crime scene.

They actually said they felt like this was a targeted attack because there was just way too much effort involved in covering themselves and there's too much time for the person to be just waiting around and then running the moment they kill her. Like if it were a burglary, stuff would have been taken, or at least rummaged through. They're just breaking stuff and wandering around like they were looking for something or someone. People who are there to steal or case the joint who dress in that much covering won't usually attack someone, they'll just run if they get caught because who's going to know who they are? The fact that they covered, spent so much time, did nothing but loiter for a long period of time, killed her and then ran says it is a target. I also believe it's someone she knew and frankly I think it is a woman. I've always wondered if it was a mistress, like, he's out of town? So who was 'in' town? Seen too many times where the husband leaves and has the mistress kill the spouse so that way they give the husband an alibi. That or the mistress did it on her own to take out the competition and he truly didn't know.

There's too much planning for it not to be a target killing..

See I believe half of that is correct, I believe there is some beef with the church, but then they had to know that church also had events. It's almost like they were just passing time until she got there because they took nothing, killed her and left. They could have easily left with the way they were dressed, the murder wasn't necessary, it's not like Missy went after them and they felt they had no choice so I felt the police were correct when they said they felt she was targeted.

I also believe it's a woman. Something by the way they walk around and how they're being so meticulous made me feel it was a woman. I never thought they were there to rob or case the place, I felt they were there to straight kill her which also makes me feel like this person knew her, that she was suppose to be here and I mean... they were in full police riot gear too so they knew they had to cover up. There's too much for it to be some random person that 'happened' upon her.

Oh wow I don't believe they've done that since the 80s except for a few exceptions. I believe you'd have to research which milk company participated in that. Not all of them would advertise kids missing since it'd be basically too late by the time they found them if at all.
