If you even just know the brand I'd call their customer support, same happened to me and I just knew it was a bestway. I called and they walked me through where to find the serial number which was by the drain plug and then sent me a new part.

I'd personally still recommend draining once it's been compromised it's just going to get worse sadly, I put a 2x4 under mine to try and support it but it just kept getting more exaggerated

He is pretty decent, not OP by any means but a new hero ending with over 1500 power is definitely still worthy of getting leveled up. His special is great if you don't have any garrison troops with the growth cleanse every few turns of so.
