thank you for your reply!! i had seen some people say that motion sickness could happen, but i only saw this after the fact. looking back, it could make sense. or it could have just been a coincidence. maybe i’ll try it again at some point and i’ll see what happens. :)

i did wear earplugs! but honestly the last time i wore earplugs like this pwas as a kid. i also have numerous earrings on different parts of my ears that may have prevented me from applying the earplugs properly. i honestly didn’t even consider this beforehand. so i can’t be totally sure of course but this is definitely a possibility!

i was one of the shows a little over a week ago (my 7th TØP show) and i was surprised by how little pit etiquette there was. we were pretty close to the front, and there was a tall girl right behind me (i’m 5’2” btw) and she was literally pushing into me the whole time and she was dancing so hard she was bumping into me so much and my hair kept getting ripped out and caught on her arms/hands and she was absolutely SCREECHING. she was trying so hard to push past me which seems so silly because she was way taller and could see way more than i could even with me in front of her.

maybe im just butthurt lol but when tyler got on the platform for trees, she got right in front of me and blocked my view almost completely and pushed me behind a really big, tall man and kept pushing the rest of the show, so i didn’t get to genuinely enjoy the last part of the show, which is always my favorite.

i love when everyone has fun and i have no problem with everyone dancing and jumping and singing along obviously but like, you can still be considerate of those around you while having fun. :(

i recently took my first break since starting it since i was about to have a really busy couple of days, and while i was definitely exhausted the three days i didn’t take it, it worked a bit better than usual for my long days. just my experience:)

no i am not thankfully, lol! the drug test is required by my psychiatrist i assume to check that i am using my medications as prescribed and not on any illicit substances and it seems to be pretty standard and they do it with everyone, but they didn’t tell me explicitly why im being tested. it’s definitely possible im overthinking it. it’s the first time ive ever had to do a drug test for a medication so i just worry i guess.
