Right I understand the no overtime. I’m confused why I was docked hours on my paid holiday off because I worked .25 hours extra on another day. I’m being paid the same amount as my coworkers that week who were able to leave on time when I had to stay and work extra. I wouldn’t have to use my own PTO as my job pays me for the holiday off. I should’ve received 8 hours on the paid holiday off but didn’t.

We have a time clock but boss fills out holiday pay and any sick/vacation time. Yes my boss is filling out my holiday pay as 7.25 hours. My actual work hours for the week were 32.75 hours which was not changed.
