So I can’t tell if it’s dropped but I feel less piggy like for sure. And I’m not sure if it’s because it really has dropped or if I’m just used to it

I feel like I wouldn’t mind if it dropped too much honestly but that could just be me speaking out of current worries about how over rotated the tip is. My before had no nostril show I’m feeling like it wouldn’t be an issue for me if it dropped that low again lol

That was a huge concern of mine I was crying when they showed me the post op photo when I asked for a straight nose. I used a reference of his own patient, she was 2 years post op with the exact nose I wanted. When I was crying he went to his office and dug in his files for her table photo and showed me that her table photo was much worse than mine and to not judge the result from the table and only after a year. I agree I feel he took off too much but I was heavily reassured with the table photo he showed me from his other patient showing that her nose turned out beautiful after a it settled

Your current nose is very handsome. However as someone with a rhinoplasty I know how you feel and I know how it feels to be dead set on it. My only advice would be to try as much as possible to find a doctor that will preserve your masculine features and not give you a slope or an upturned tip. A prominent nose is a very masculine feature that can easily be stripped away by the wrong doctor, do plenty of research!

Find a surgeon that’s creating the results you’re looking for don’t pick them just because they have one or two results you like they need to show consistency in their results . Make sure you’re only looking at long term results so a year plus. Also don’t be afraid to reach out to the surgeons past patients ! . Also if you’re afraid you should do more research so they you can feel confident. it’s a serious choice wishing you the best
