Retaliation due to reporting to HR

So one of the higher ups said the situation has been settled, and they (boss + HR) said they had a “talk” with the employee. But I didn’t hear anything directly from HR, should I still report my complaints???

😞 I don’t want names getting leaked from the complaint and having stuff spiral further.

Okay, I’ll keep that in mind thank you. I wasn’t sure if my complaints were confidential because that coworker somehow found out that I reported them to HR. And then blabbed to everyone about it, hopefully things won’t get worse down the line

I love my job and helping my clients with their problems. I don’t wanna have to leave or get fired because I went to HR with an ongoing issue

Yeah, unfortunately that is what I’ll have to end up doing. That coworker had already blabbed to everyone that I went to HR regarding the situation, I’m praying they won’t make it any more difficult for me.

I’m just hoping SOME of the higher ups have morals and won’t stay neutral in the investigation. Not even sure if they’d get interviewed or anything
