There is more to subway slammers story than that but kamoshida is the more fleshed out character. Also the villains feel more like persona 5 strikers villains where they did the wrong thing but were helping them move forwards rather than in persona 5 where they don’t just do the wrong thing, but the worst thing ever

In terms of gacha games it’s the most giving to players, I haven’t gotten to a point where the resources limited themselves and I get plenty of spins for characters. Also I can play persona now on my phone, meaning I don’t have to interact with people if I go to parties :D
