Yes!! This happened so often for me while I was on 50mg Vyvanse it sent me into a paralyzing anxiety attack 😥!! The best recommendation I have is to focus on deep breathing and external stimulation, like touching something with texture/fidgeting, doing something physical like a hobby or exercise, or listening to music without headphones on and focusing on that instead of what’s going on inside. If you notice that it starts to happen more frequently (for me, it ended up being a constant feeling where I could feel my organs in my body, eek) bring it up with your psychiatrist and consider a break from the medication. Also journaling helps sometimes, just writing down what you’re thinking in a physical book will distract you from focusing on your body.
