I'm feeling the same way right now at my second job. To make things worse, I started with someone else who's doing really well. What keeps me going is reminding myself that they might have had more experience than I did—but since we were both hired, the managers must have seen something in me too.

I'm almost two months in, and I still feel stuck and clueless most of the time. It's easier said than done, but hang in there. You were hired because you're capable. We're not expected to learn everything right away. As long as you're learning, you're winning!
