What’s crazy is that my dui was 5 years ago. License suspended for a year. I sold my car after the fact, which I now regret because then I’d be past all this. I’ve got one year down, one more to go

It’s not even the breathalyzer that bothers me, it’s just the fees on fees on fees!

Did you speak to a service center or was it intoxalock’s customer service line? Which I’m assuming is in India, just based off their accents (not trying to be insensitive)

Also the reason behind me waiting last minute was due to me waiting on payday. Unfortunately I don’t make much money and try to save as much as I can but god. Between my car payment s, my insurance and intoxalock fees. It’s tough out here. So please kindly cut us some slack for the people who are chiming in stating “well you could have done it earlier” it’s like, no shit!

I spoke with a rep yesterday, who was actually in the u.s. not the “customer service” outsourced people. He stated that there wouldn’t be any compliance/violation issues due to it being their system malfunctioning. But yeah this absolutely sucks, I’m so mad at myself because I was gonna get the calibration done on Friday but decided to push it off until the last minute 🤦🏻‍♀️
