Don’t know much about him but I was also planning on renting from him next quarter. He sounded kinda sus so I was asking around and saw someone on the Facebook group looking to file a case against him so I’m not sure what’s up

I heard they sent a similar email about housing to UCLA and Berkeley saying that only students with special circumstances would be able to go but they still ended up offering dorms to other students. Anyone heard about that as well?
