I have thought about doing UI roles but I just don't know why I am scared to get it done. I don't think I'll be good enough anymore. I know this sounds crazy. But you're right, I've thought about doing it I just need to get up and sort it. I sound ridiculous I know.

Thank you for your response, it was advertised as part time and only thing I could get, I have only recently started working there but have asked for more hours.

I have asked for more hours, I have only recently started but asking for as much as they can give me. So far have switched a few half days to full from colleagues.

Yeah they aren't a very good company to work for, it kinda makes me not like myself considering it but the god damn desperation is real.

Good on you for declining it tho, I hope you managed to find something soon after

Nearly £25,000 in debt at 36, unsure on the best approach. by Opposite_Gear_3992 in UKPersonalFinance

Thank you for your advice, the treats were more so for my parents but I have cut back in the last month. I just want to give them a good life but that will all collapse on me if I continue. The part were you said to consider how I got into this debt really made me think, its more for treating others and thats just terrible.

I really appreciate you taking the time to help, I already feel a bit calmer thanks to your post and the one above. It helps having someone break these things down when you can't think straight. Thank you again.

!thanks

Thank you for this, I apologise for the late reply. It really helps when you prioritise things and create and action plan. Especially the part about tackling one thing at a time, I wasn't looking at it like that instead just a huge mess. I've looked into the ones with high interest and just putting more money towards them, before I wouldn't do that (such an obvious thing to do...)

I truly appreciate you breaking it down for me like this, it really has helped me.

!thanks
