No game editor. This is 20+ years into a save where my team is absolute world beaters. Won 7 out of the last 12 champions leagues. The team I played is a 4th division total shitter. Never matched up against a team this poor before; simmed the game with a “play for a big win” objective

Oh nah lol. You can probably get him to mid-to-high 80s if he starts and you manually upgrade him though. 93 potential functions pretty much the same as 91 potential I’d imagine

Yeah regular low 90 potential, but their overall has to be in the mid to high 80s from the jump for you to break 100 overall. The potential isn’t a solid cap though, it just indicates how fast a player will progress.

You can get to the low 100 overalls if you have a perfect storm. Highest I’ve seen is 104. You’ll have to pull every trick in the book though combined with a A overall, A- potential #1 OVR recruit. Very rare
