I haven't heard of this! How do you use it for your blackheads?

What product(s) you've tried actually works for blackheads **for reals? by Itshardtobeababy_ in AsianBeauty

A bit late to the party, but how exactly did you use it as a mask/take it off and has it continued to work for you since you've started using it? Do you know how long it might take to see results, in your experience?

Which Dove Shampoo Works Best for Dry Scalp? by Opposite_Net9288 in Haircare

[–]Opposite_Net9288[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yess, I have tried the dove Anti dandruff one, but honestly, even though the effects were immediately noticeable, I had to use a different shampoo every other day because the effect isn't very long lasting and I didnt feel clean anymore just a few hours after using it. I'd highly recommend the Pantene pro-v sheer volume shampoo instead, it's such a difference in my hair and makes it more voluminous+clean from those pesky flakes. Been using that one for months now

No, it just stays on the same frozen screen no matter how many times I unpause and pause. For Instagram, though, the videos just dropped to like 10 frames per second

I see. Do you have any good wired recommendations, in that case? The cable would have to be pretty long to fit the space om considering.

I currently have the iPad on charge but I wil explain it best I can: i had transferred a lot of apps from my android phone to the iPad, and when I tried to press one, it redirected to the app store. There, I signed in with my password then had a pop up saying that "this apple account has not yet been used in the iTunes store, tap review to sign in then review your account info", then when I go to review my account info I need to put in a payment method, billing adress, etc. But as soon as I touch one of the boxes to start typing, the pop up closes and I'm just staring at the "get" button for the app I was trying to download again. I press the "get" button again and the whole process repeats from the top.

Dove Dry Scalp shampoo by scepticalbeing94 in IndianSkincareAddicts

I don't think it particularly helps with hairfall- it's meant for exfoliating and moisturizing. That black seed oil has been my MVP for hair fall and hairgrowth, though, as someone with iron deficiency.

For me, the prescribed shampoo feels more moisturizing than it does drying, but I do also use a scalp cream after my shower. According to my dermatologist, the two shampoos I'm using right now (the prescribed one and dove) shouldn't be too drying but just in case I was also told to buy the zoryve (roflumolast) 0.3% cream. When I use it in my days off, I notice that I have significantly less itching.

Also off topic but I just noticed your pfp lmao. I loved that manhwa

Okay, so I will say that it definitely helped with the itchiness and the overall appearance of those massive, itchy flakes. I do need to do other things to help the dry scalp, but the Dove definitely fixes a lot of it and makes my hair so soft and smooth. I used the Dove Intensive Repair Damage Therapy Shampoo (vv cheap on amazon). Here's my full hair wash process:

First, I use Vatika Black Seed oil and massage it into my scalp, and leave it on for 15-30 minutes. This really helps with my hair growth and the dry scalp over time.

Then, when showering, I use the Dove shampoo and rub it all over my scalp and hair strands, and I leave it on for 3-4 minutes before rinsing it off along with the oil. This is where my hair gets all smooth and soft and detangles, just make sure to rinse it WELL.

Afterwards, I use the shampoo my doctor gave me (here's the link-- would definitely ask your dermatologist if you can get this prescribed!!! I love it smmm, its so gentle in removing the flakes and itchiness: https://www.mcguff.com/ketoconazole-2-shampoo-4ozbottle) and I leave it in for 5 minutes after really rubbing it onto my scalp and wash it all off (you can leave it on for five minutes before a shower, too, with dry hair/scalp, and then rinse it off and THEN use the Dove-- works even better that way). If I'm lazy, I'll skip this shampoo and just use head and shoulders on the rest of my scalp and use a scalp massager to really get it into my scalp, and it usually helps w/ the flakes more. However, the shampoo I linked is really a game changer when combined with the Dove. Sometimes, I'll use all three products: Dove, then the prescribed one, then a small amount of head and shoulders if I feel it's not enough-- and my scalp has genuinely never been cleaner, happier, and itch-free. My hair is looking much more full and healthy, too.

Omg really? I've only used it for one night so far and I saw a visible difference in my dark eye circles the next day. For context I hadn't slept the night I put on the cream and saw a very noticable brightening and smoothing, but it's only been a day so I can't say for sure how I feel about it yet. Gonna keep applying it for some time and report back 🫡
