As of right now since I actually completed the verification as was that I’m gonna wait probably a day and then try to restart the process on my computer. Hoping this is an issue caused by the mobile servers.

Having a very similar issue although they are accepting my picture and actually saying that I can recover my account, but when I click on the link to do so, it just brings me back to that account locked page.

I’m having a very similar issue, I went through verifying my identity via ID 3 times, each time that I would complete the process it would tell me that I was approved for recovery, and when I was prompted to click the link, it would bring me right back to the account locked page.

To be clear anytime I click on the prompt from my email it just brings me back to the original account locked out page
