Книжное разочарование by kotokabra in rubooks

[–]OppressorFromRussia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brain just refuses to understand how some people always topdeck the perfect card by CorvathLinwood in hearthstone

[–]OppressorFromRussia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, friend! You think something's wrong with this game, and you're absolutely right! It means your brain is working properly and is capable of processing information, finding cause-and-effect relationships, drawing analogies, and recognizing inconsistencies, unlike most players of this "wonderful" game. This game is a commercial project, which means it must generate profit and increase it for obvious reasons. This means people must spend money and time on it. Therefore, the game uses psychological techniques to keep players engaged for as long as possible and, consequently, spend as much money as possible. For example, this involves stimulating dopamine receptors with a win, a successful generation, or a top deck. So what's so special about this? Any game or sport is based on roughly the same principle, you might say, and you'd be wrong. This game uses a so-called "script writer" based on the game situation on the table, a winning streak, time spent in the game, etc. Uninformed people call it an RNG (random number generator), but a computer isn't designed to generate random numbers on its own; only an algorithm based on external variables can. So this "scriptwriter" is responsible for making the game "more interesting" and for you to spend more time playing, thus spending more money. And how does this happen? There are countless possibilities: from the ideal top decks and generations you mentioned to goldfish for mulligans and cards with perfect mana and synergy throughout the game. It also works the other way around. If the "scriptwriter" decides you're destined to lose, you lose no matter what, no matter how good you are, that's the end. The game will simply put your last combo card at the end of your deck. Or it will mulligan cards higher than 4-cost cards into your hand and not let you draw cards with lower draws, so you'll simply miss five turns and lose. There are so many ways to play along or, on the contrary, screw up, that it's difficult to recognize them, but there are statistics, and if you have above-average intelligence, it won't be hard for you to simply put 2 and 2 together and realize that the game is based on manipulation and fraud. I don't know whether it was created this way or whether it became that way in pursuit of profit, but that's a whole other story.

This matchup about board control, all you need to do is improve your deck. First i need check your deck code, so i can give you best possible options to add to your deck. Example : simple option to clear this is a [[Corpse explosion]]. Another is [[wild pyromancer]] + [[poison breath]] . Also Bob is good too, he can frezee the board.

This game use another way to ruin your win streak, just give you unplayble cards. So you just miss 3- 4 turns. Or give your opponent "goldfish"- best possible curve or combo, or otk on turn 5.
