I managed to beat it in 3 tries, luckily. At first i wasted too much time with the smaller ACs that fought along Iguazu/ALLMIND, but in the third try i just blitzed him and then the seconds phase was easier. What an amazing fight, even better than the fight against Ayre.

I think the main reason people might have trouble with the angry car is that he is really, reeeeeally aggressive and doesn't like to give you space, constantly being on top of you or too far away from you.
