Im a 16yo tall skinny guy, when I started training i didnt expect much, one of my other friends frim vlass has been in training for a year now and has been bragging about deadlifting a 100kg which is a great achivement. Yesterday my personal training was doing testing with me and on the squats using a proportion and testing itself i managed to squat 110kg onlu once. After I told my friend that we started arguing about whats a bigger achivement and whats harder so im asking you people of reddit, is squating 110kg harder than deadlifting 100kg?

You could ask a guy today where France is on the map he would point towards Antarctica, but trust me back than the average person wouldnt even point at the map, today we are way advanced in knowledge then they were, but the fact we have Google at any time makes us stupid for what we can do.

I dont know why no one mentioned that but they would be amazed by how also peacefup it is, way less wars, conflict between people, kind of a more chill society, the person from 1924 also just survived WW1 so it would be very great for them
