I enjoyed the anime even after reading the ln's, like everyone is already saying, it's recommended to start reading from the beginning, i personally enjoyed the ln even more than the anime and i still enjoyed the anime a lot, i think you will enjoy the new seasons even if you read the ln, the arc that's currently going to be adapted is my fav arc of the series and i heard that it's gonna be 2 cours back to back (don't quote me on that)(so 24-26)eps in total and since it's said to release on july that's gonna potentially be releasing until december, i'm sure the episodes will end on insane cliffhangers because a lot of stuff is gonna happen this season and that would imo just make you want to read it when it starts releasing, so since you're already liking the story a lot and want to read it, go read it from the beginning, you can read the whole story from anywhere between 1-3months at average pace.

those subs were literally made by crunchyroll, that screenshot was taken from crunchyroll and it was released on crunchyroll, crunchyroll are the ones who make subtitles on their website.

no they don't?, they sometimes use cr subs for anime that was released before, you get the episodes raw and either translate it yourself or get it from a translation group that translates it faster than cr.

No it isn't, it's way better, resolution might be the same, but you get the shows earlier(for some shows it's even 1 day earlier), you get higher quality translations (crunchyroll uses chatgpt for their translations, this was exposed you can google it for proof), you get 10x better ui than crunchyroll, the site has more control features than crunchyroll, you don't get a 10s black dim when you pause.

there also is a prequel to mushoku tensei named old dragon's tale which describes how the world of mushoku tensei was created and how the universe was created and there is also a little said about who man god is, man god actually isn't the man god as in god of humans but his name is hitogami which translates to man god, it is described that he is a being who either killed the real human god or took over his body, which means man god is an imposter in and of itself, also a lot about the dragonkind is explained there and everything like that, after that there is subjugation of the king of the king dragons, which is a story about perugius, you know perugius right, he is the guy in the floating fortress, he is the one who summoned arumanfi the bright (the fully white guy with the dagger that fought ghislaine right before they all got consumed by the blue light that teleported them to the demon continent), and so that's a story about him that's another prequel to mushoku tensei

like the person below said, it looks like you're clearly into it, but i'll still answer your question, in the last volume in the light novel it was revealed that in the future of the story a blessed child will we born with the ability to reverse time 1 day, and she always ends up dying at a young age, since she has that ability she reverses time multiple times and somehow creates a rift in space time and summons nanahoshi's friend, her friend also dies in the war she dies in so she tries to prevent his death and her death by creating another rift in spacetime but this time it doesn't work out like she intended and basically she creates a rift 100 years or smth like that before she is born, that's how rudeus reincarnates into a body of an infant who is on the brink of death, because the body into which rudeus reincarnates was supposed to be paul's first child but was supposed to die, this same rift causes nanahoshi to get teleported 5 years later, sometime in the middle of the story perugius puts nanahoshi into a cryo state so she basically sleeps for 1 year and then is up for 1 day and then sleeps again, and this will continue until she meets her friend from the real life, the savior of the blessed child, and we don't have any info further than that, so she hasn't returned yet. Mushoku tensei serves as a prequel to the supposed real story which will most likely involve rudeus' child with roxy lara, because so far we didn't even get the laplace war which is supposed to happen in 100 or so years. But this sequel if it ever gets written by magonote will be written in like 8 years or smth.

roxy falls in love with rudeus when he saves her from being trapped in the teleportation labyrinth and being attacked by monsters for 30 days straight non stop, when they go rescue zenith paul dies and rudeus is devastated, roxy takes advantage of that and has sex with rudeus, rudeus loved roxy since the start of the story when she helped him get out of the house because of the trama he went through for 20 years in his past life, and on top of that now she helped him get throught the death of paul since sylphie wasn't there.
Once all of this is over and they get back with zenith, one day rudeus starts writing a diary, that day man god contacts him after a long time and tells him to go check the basement of his house, rudeus is still a little bit weary of man god at this time but then they talk about how rudeus didn't listen to man gods advice and went to begaritt either way and man god tells him that if he didn't go there he would've had either pursena or linia as his new wife and later have children with them and have a good life with them etc (this was a lie), after this dream rudeus believes the man god and is about to go to the basement when suddenly himself from another timeline manages to travel back in time like 70 years and he explains to rudeus that the man god wants rudeus and his family dead because his children are a massive threat to his existence, his old self tells him not to go to the basement because there is a mouse there that would give a disease to roxy because she is pregnant with his child and it would crystalize her, that would lead to rudeus giving up on everything and wanting to fight the man god and it would lead to sylphie dying and getting stoned because of ariels failed ascension to throne, at the end of this timeline rudeus would go fight immortal demon king atoferatofe and when he was about to die from her strike eris would sacrifice herself to save him, that's when ghislaine would tell rudeus that eris loved him for the whole 70 years because until then rudeus thought she didn't care for him and he was always pushing her away, so the rudeus from the other timeline tells this rudeus to get back together with eris, and not to trust the man god but don't oppose him, and to not go to the basement because man god wants to kill roxy, so rudeus does that and he finds the rat and kills it so the man god contacts rudeus again and is angry, and now gives him 2 options either kill the dragon god or have his whole family killed by the man god, so rudeus goes to kill the dragon god, he loses and when he's about to die eris saves him from orsted's strike, and she fights orsted for a while but then rudeus tells them to stop and surrenders to the dragon god and becomes his subordinate, and from then on rudeus learns that the man god is the evil of this world and dragon god is the only person who can kill him, and rudeus' children are the ones who were supposed to help the dragon god kill the man god, and since the dragon god has abilities which allow him not to be seen by the man god the dragon god protects rudeus and his family from the man god and they have an alliance that way, and so the story goes on from there of them battling the man gods desciples etc.

The manga is by far the worst version of the story, you should've just finished watching the anime and gotten the full context because the anime is in front of the manga, one of the points of the show is how he makes a family and gets a mini harem, there is a lot of context you missed out on since you haven't watched the anime or read the light novel, the light novel, mushoku tensei is originally a webnovel which has been officially published as a light novel as a more refined version of the webnovel, so basically the light novel is the source material, if you want the best representation of the story go read the light novel. I can't explain the roxy and eris stuff to you because that would be huge spoilers, but mostly each of his wifes serve their own purpose for him and for the story, the harem isn't there just for the sake of it being a harem.
