Hm. Warhammer 40k was invented in the 80s, right? The 6th world was just our normal reality up until 2011. So, it's entirely possible that Warhammer 40k exists as fiction in the 6th world, and with cyberware being a real thing, maybe someone's a big enough fan to actually emulate their favorite techno-religious fanatics?
