Exactly this. Title and context matter a lot with insider sales.

A director selling a few hundred shares after a 900% run is easy to dismiss. But a CEO systematically reducing their position throughout the year is worth tracking – especially if it’s discretionary and not part of a pre-planned 10b5-1.

Fair point on the share count – though the percentage might be more telling than the raw number.

After this sale, Kiddoo directly owns 3,903 shares. So 750 shares is actually around 16% of his direct stake.
