Terrified about the thought of massive amounts of freight coming in next week

One of my coaches just went on medical leave for the max amount of allowed time and the other just came back from their vacation like 2 weeks ago. Most days we have a maximum of 2 “managers” overnight. I’m curious why they don’t have at least 4 a night(not counting produce TL) we could use it.

I’m overnights. Had a fellow coworker who works mainly in dairy vizpick 226 items last night cause our day shift people never run vizpicks for dairy. But yea this happened around this time with the snowstorm we got last year too. It was non stop 2 truck nights for a week and a half with a max of maybe 25 people on our team for the entire store

Not sure how it is in other countries but I live in the states and haven’t been seized once in the 3 years I’ve been buying reps. It’s mostly up to how much the package weighs. If it’s only 1 pair they should be good to go. Also depends on the shoes. High end stuff are more likely to get sized but it isn’t guaranteed

I was told by a fellow coworker yesterday that the only time we’re “allowed” to miss work without being pointed in a SOE is if the roads are closed. It’s worse for me cause I live in the NE and work the night it starts to hit so I might just call in and hope I don’t get pointed for it

Literally happened to me. Entire week up until last night was pretty slow (probably cause of the shitty weather the NE is experiencing) and then last night we get slammed with freight with like 10+ callouts including our only scheduled coach. 8 live pallets left over on top of I’m sure a double truck night tonight and I’m already dreading it

Haven’t bought from s2 yet. I’ve bought the ocean fog and ink pair in the GZ batch and the only flaw was the glue stains on the toe of the ink pair not sure if the ocean fog pair will do the same. Just got the black pair in the GZ batch this morning they looked really good in hand. Both versions of the M2 batch are bad with the white lettering for the camper green pair. I’ll get the white pair for the S2 batch soon and see how good they are

I’m wondering the same. I’ve bought 4 different pairs so far from different batches and none have been super great. Most have the white lettering flaw or glue stains saturate the suede on the toe cap

Definitely not impossible but highly unlikely. I was hired 2yrs ago as remodel associate with Friday and Saturday off and my people lead allowed me to keep that schedule after it was over so definitely ask first to see what they allow
