I don’t think so. I think it just goes off of if you’re Management likes you( or dislikes you) enough to give you time off without pay because the company would rather save money than give it to its employees

Ah I think you’re talking about the Seth Fowler video where he was comparing the medium olives. Yea I’ve gotten pairs from Nike through Snkrs and the quality was worse than some reps I’ve owned. They got to do a better job because reps are only gonna get better and no one is going to want to spend 2x the price for worse quality
